I won't show up to your home at 3 am and demand to look inside of your fridge. However, I will make impromptu phone calls to check in. We will connect in-person and virtually for sessions. And other information will be shared and stored using secure apps. 

Having numerous certifications ,  I specialize in blending various formats. These include: balance training, endurance training, weight training, yoga, guided meditation, dance, inversion therapy and more.
